It is a privilege and honor to be invited into the intimate and powerful journey of Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum.
With great reverence for the sacredness of each woman's journey.
My offerings involve:
~Connection Sessions during the pregnancy, to deepen the relation and create an environment of comfort and trust. Familiarize ourselves with each other, in order to best support your unique visions and needs. Be witnessed in a supportive manner on the path of becoming, and assist in navigating the many layers and nuances that come up along the way. Connection sessions are once a month during the first and second trimester. Once a week during the third trimester, with being on call 24/7 from week 37 onwards until 3 weeks postpartum.
~Blessing The Way: A Mother Blessing Ceremony- A ceremonialist approach to a baby shower, filled with song, ritual, crafts, and a deep reverence to the beauty of the pregnant body. Together casting intentions for the birthing initiation that will soon come to be.
~Postpartum Care; Six weeks of support during the postpartum window, to support in recovery, breastfeeding , home tending, and over all nourishment for the new mother. To assist in allowing rest and recovery, so that the family has all the time they need to enjoy their newborn baby, from a rested and resourced place. This often involves the organization of a meal train, with yoni steaming, ritual baths, herbal infusions, balanced and nutrient dense meals. (postpartum care is a visitation once a week, unless more is needed)
~Ritualistic Placenta Care; A service in devotion to The First Mother, the placenta. The organ responsible for tending to the child's growth and wellbeing. Placenta Care, involves, assisting in drying and preserving or support in ceremonially offering back to the earth. This decision is guided by each families visions and prayers.
~Closing of The Bones Ceremony; This is a beautiful and powerful ceremony, performed at the completion of the first postpartum window, after the first 40 days in which the mother is wrapped in fabrics from head to toe, and in a ritualistic manner is held in a warm prayer, honoring the completion of her pregnancy and birth.
A womb massage is also preformed to assist in the energetic recalibration of her womb returning it to center. Birth is very expansive and the intention of this ceremony is to call back your energy from a very expanded and open place, to a centered and contained place in order to hold the journey of motherhood feeling fully integrated.

Child Birth education empowers expectant parents with the knowledge and skills needed for a positive and supportive birth experience. Bera Birth's comprehensive classes cover essential topics such as wild pregnancy, physiological birth and holistic postpartum care. By fostering an understanding of the child birth process, we aim to build confidence and clarity. With a reverent approach to supporting you in preparing for the incredible journey of birthing your family into this world.
This program is held over zoom once a week, for six weeks.

Birth Integration Sessions
Birth integration sessions are for all birth stories. Weather your story is one of trauma and challenge, or filled with beauty and depth. All birth stories hold the codes for our unique needs at the time, which are so often overlooked. Each time we share our birth story, and tell the tale of our becoming, we have an opportunity to uncover and integrate ourselves to greater depths within. And perhaps weave a new layer of clarity that will assist in facing any future pregnancies from a fully integrated place.
This is a one time, 90min session.
A sacred space held reverentially.
A safe container of sister witnessing that can assist in discerning the layers and nuances that were perhaps unnecessary in your birth journey, in order to claim 100% responsibility for the teachings designed perfectly for our unique learning. In this manner we can stand in sovereignty in our lives and face all new pregnancies with greater depths of understanding.
